FAQs
Do you operate year round?
We are normally closed during January through the first week of March, however, we do make some exceptions.
Is heating or air conditioning available at the venue?
Yes, we have air conditioning for those hot summer days and heat for cool days/evenings and winter events.
What is the capacity of the venue?
Our barn can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Can we use our own caterer?
YES! By all means, we want your day to be what YOU want.
Can we bring our own liquor?
No carry-in whatsoever, all alcohol has to be supplied by a caterer who provides a bartender with a permit and licenses to serve.
When can we arrive to setup?
Doors are open at 6 am.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but only during the time that they have an active part in the wedding ceremony and reception.
What's the cancellation or refund policy?
If you need to cancel due to an act of God (such as Terminal illness, an accident that has incapacitated you) there will not be any hesitation on my part.
If you are out 10 months or more I will give you everything back.
If you are 4 months away or less from your date you will not receive anything back.
Between the 4-10 months will be determined whether I can fill the date.
